Returns & Exchanges
To successfully return your order, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The items must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
Please note:
- The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
- Items that have been used, washed, worn, or not in their original packaging may be refused.
- Clearance items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Reduced items
Products purchased from Love To Dream retailers
Refunds or exchanges for products purchased from one of our retail partners (including Amazon and other online retailers) must be processed directly with that retailer. Please contact the store where you made the purchase directly to request a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
Love To Dream‚Ñ¢ reserves the right to visually/physically inspect the condition of returned goods prior to issuing a replacement. A replacement may be refused if the defect is considered normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect. If the defect is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced and returned to you as soon as possible. Shipping costs associated with returning the product to the buyer will be covered by Love to Dream.
