Why Swaddle Up™?
Medical research suggests that swaddling helps newborns sleep better. Swaddling a baby can calm his "startle reflex," which wakes him up and disrupts his sleep. Our patented, award-winning Swaddle Up™ helps baby calm down quickly and develop a peaceful sleep routine. Importantly, loose blankets are no longer needed in the cot, which increases safety for babies. What is self-soothing?

To ensure your baby is optimally dressed for different room temperatures, follow these two simple steps: Determine the room temperature: Before choosing a Love to Dream product, we recommend knowing the temperature in your baby's room well. Follow the TOG recommendation: Our products and our website offer clear guidance on the ideal room temperature so that you can make the right choice. This means your baby always stays at the optimal temperature for a safe and restful sleep.
Which size should I buy for the Swaddle Up™?
For an optimal fit, please choose the Swaddle Up size based on your child's weight and not their age. The Swaddle Up range is available in four sizes: Newborn (suitable for 2.2-3.8kg), Small (suitable for 3.5-6kg), Medium (suitable for 6-8.5kg) and Large (suitable for 8.5-11kg).
How many Swaddle Up pucks do I need?
We recommend that you purchase at least two Swaddle Up pucks in the appropriate size. If you have two, one can be in the laundry while your baby carries the other. It might even be helpful to have a third one on hand to use in emergencies.
