Delivery Fees & Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 55 €.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under 55 € are charged a flat rate of 4.95 € for all domestic deliveries and 14,95 € for deliveries to France, Italy and Spain.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch Times
- Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and details within 5 minutes.
- Dispatch Times: Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Depending on your country, your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Typical shipping times after shipping from warehouse are as follows:
- Germany: Within 1-2 working days
- France: Within 3-4 working days
- Italy: Within 3-4 working days
- Spain: Within 4-5 working days
