To ensure your baby is optimally dressed for different room temperatures, follow these two simple steps: Determine the room temperature: Before choosing a Love to Dream product, we recommend knowing the temperature in your baby's room well. Follow the TOG recommendation: Our products and our website offer clear guidance on the ideal room temperature so that you can make the right choice. This means your baby always stays at the optimal temperature for a safe and restful sleep.
How do I choose the right temperature class for my baby's sleepwear?
We believe the easiest way to ensure your baby is appropriately dressed is to dress for room temperature. What should my baby wear under his sleepwear?
Wearing clothing underneath sleepwear can help regulate your baby's temperature. For example: In warmer temperatures, a light romper under a lower TOG garment may be sufficient. In cooler temperatures, you may layer a long-sleeved romper or pajamas with feet under a higher TOG garment pull.
How do I know if my baby is too warm or too cold?
Monitoring your baby's temperature is very important. Signs that your baby is too hot include sweating, damp hair, flushed cheeks, or rapid breathing. Signs that your baby is too cold include cool skin, shaking or restlessness. Adjust your baby's clothing and sleeping environment accordingly.
