The Snug Shrug is sized by age and height, not weight, so it may not match the size on their sleep bag. Go by height where you can, and size up if they're between two.

Fit note: The Snug Shrug is worn over their sleep bag, so size it to sit comfortably over the top. Sleeves should reach the wrist with enough length left to fold the mittens over. If it feels tight over the bag, size the Snug Shrug up rather than sizing the bag down.
