Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability

Love To Dream has filed patent infringement lawsuits against Nested Bean. Love To Dream and Nested Bean have agreed to resolve their patent disputes confidentially and out of court. You must not:
- Monitor, collect, copy, or distribute any content on the Site (except for content that is the result of standard search engine activity or the use of a standard browser) or any robot, rover, "bot," spider, scraper, crawler, spyware, extraction tool, or other automated or use manual processes;
- Use any Content in a manner that suggests an association with our products, services or brands;
- Ämake changes to the content of the website;
- copy, modify, reproduce, archive, reproduce or otherwise distribute, create derivative works from, publish or otherwise use or exploit our Content (in whole or in part) in any way for any purpose, except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use or with our prior written consent; and

Love To Dream‚Ñ¢ cannot guarantee that any files or programs that may be downloaded and/or executed from or through the website will be free of viruses or other defects that may damage or damage the data, hardware or software with which they are used could affect.
